Out For Justice Inc. (OFJ) was founded in 2006 by formerly incarcerated individuals who were ready and willing to work but repeatedly denied employment due to their criminal record. With the support of friends and members of their families, OFJ strives to end employment barriers and all perpetual punishment that adversely affects ex-offenders.
