Flagger Force is a safety-driven, short term traffic control company. Our entry level Crew Member positions require no education nor previous experience. The Crew Member is primarily responsible for providing safe, courteous, authoritative guidance to motorists and pedestrians in Flagger Force work zones while acting in accordance with company values, vision, and mission.
