Transitional housing services, case management. Provides referral services, health and mental health services and job training. May remain in the housing for up to 2 years. Men only. No sex offenders. Rent is 30% of income or waived if unemployed. Call for intake.

Leading by Example, LLC is a behavioral health services provider dedicated to improving the lives of children, adults, and families through a holistic and community-focused approach. We have office locations in Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Harford County. We offer outpatient mental health services, including therapy (all ages), medication management (all ages), psychiatric rehabilitation (all ages), in-home therapeutic behavioral support (5 - 21 years old), case management (18+), and youth care coordination (5 - 17 years old) and a residential rehabilitation program for transitional youth (18-26 years old)—all aimed at empowering children, youth, individuals and families to achieve stability, wellness, and personal growth.
