The Cynoya is an independent living housing option in Baltimore designed to support men transitioning from incarceration, supervision, or other institutional settings who need a verified, stable address upon release.
Program Highlights:

* Housing appropriate for individuals who are medically stable and capable of independent living
* Residents with SSI, SSDI, VA benefits or other fixed income
* Clear house rules and safety monitoring in common areas
Our program is not a shelter or treatment facility. We focus on providing stable, dignified housing that supports successful discharge planning, continuity of care, and long-term stability.
