Open to all noncustodial parents who have a Baltimore City child support case and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Baltimore City Circuit Court.

Evaluation, Medication Management, Psychological, Diagnostic and Psychiatric Evaluations, Court Ordered Assessments, Individual, Family & Group Therapy, Individual Treatment Plan, Therapeutic Behavioral Services, Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Substance Use Disorder Program. Accepts Medicaid.
