Out For Justice Inc. (OFJ) was founded in 2006 by formerly incarcerated individuals who were ready and willing to work but repeatedly denied employment due to their criminal record. With the support of friends and members of their families, OFJ strives to end employment barriers and all perpetual punishment that adversely affects ex-offenders. OFJ’s vision is to engage and empower individuals who have been directly and/or indirectly impacted by the criminal justice system.

Assistance with family law (divorce, custody, adoption), housing (landlord/tenant issues, foreclosure), consumer debt and bankruptcy, tax issues, expungement, and estate planning. Statewide. Intake phone hours: Mon – Thursday, 9am – 12pm.

Out for Justice, Inc. (OFJ) is an organization comprised of individuals who are both directly and indirectly impacted by the criminal justice system advocating for the reform of policies and practices that adversely affect successful reintegration into society.
