Manna House Inc.
Manna House serves breakfast
Provides housing and support services for Women who are recovering from substance use disorders. Supportive housing program is provided to help homeless persons meet their goals: Increase their life skills, achieve residential stability, assist our residents to prepare to enter back into the community with the necessary skills to continue to live a healthy and sober lifestyle. Must be 25 years of age or older with at least 28 days of sobriety.
Maryland Food Bank
The Maryland Food Bank is a non-profit organization leading the movement to end hunger in Maryland. We have an extensive network of community and organizational partners across the state that distribute food to the Marylanders who need us.We supply the food to hundreds of food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, and faith-based organizations that serve food-insecure Marylanders. We supplement this work with outreach programs that provide direct food assistance, educate the public on the importance of good nutrition, and fight hunger through innovative means.
Micah House (GEDCO)
Housing for men and women
Homeless and supportive housing assistance, food pantry, clothing panty and referral services. Free.
Our Daily Bread Employment Center
Provides a hot lunch, employment training, assistance with IDs
Job readiness training, education classes, career development, assistance with obtaining ID/Social Security card/Drivers License, referral service for transitional housing and treatment facilities. Free.
St. Vincent de Paul :: Beans and Bread
Beans and Bread-Breakfast and lunch served Monday-Friday, can help locate housing
Transitional and Supportive housing for adults with mental health. Primary care physicians, job training and placement. Medicaid Accepted.
